Shelly L. Abbott
Owner, Tax Consultant, Enrolled Agent
Shelly Abbott has been serving clients at Abbott & Company since 1995. Shelly earned a Business Administration and Finance degree from California State University, San Bernardino, in 1994 and her Enrolled Agent designation from the Department of the Treasury in 2012. As an expert tax professional with over 20 years of experience, Shelly devotes most of her time to helping our clients with their tax preparation and planning needs. Her years of experience and ongoing tax education enable her to solve the most complex tax issues and disputes. In addition to taxes, Shelly provides bookkeeping and payroll services to many of our small business clients in the High Desert and Morongo Basin.
Steven G. Frazer
Enrolled Agent
Steve Frazer has over 30 years of experience in income tax and business consultation. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting and a Masters in Accounting/Taxation from San Diego State University. He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the California Society of Enrolled Agents.
After working several years for Peat, Marwick, and Mitchell in San Diego, Steve transferred his family and career to Yucca Valley and opened his own business in August 1990. Since then, he has assisted individuals and companies in the Morongo Basin in various areas, including business consulting, wealth management, tax planning and preparation, and various small business needs.
As an Enrolled Agent, Steve has earned the privilege of representing his clients before the Internal Revenue Service. He is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards when handling sensitive financial information.

Sheree Munson
Administrative Assistant, Bookkeeper, Office Manager
Sheree joined our team in 2012, having five years of experience in bookkeeping. Her training and attention to detail ensure that our small business clients receive timely and accurate bookkeeping services in all areas. In addition, Sheree supports our team in various other aspects of the business, including answering calls and assisting clients in filing their completed tax forms.
Christee Wuite
Payroll Specialist
Christee joined our team in 2014, living here locally since 1994. In addition to handling our clients' payrolls, Christee is here to help. She has her pulse on all of our business and tax services. Whether you are a new or current client with questions about our services or scheduling an appointment, she will ensure you speak to the right person on our staff to address your needs.
